Now hiring: Cold callers / appointment setters

You make the calls. I bring the clients, the work, and the coaching.

I'm Jesse Creel, founder of jcsalesandmarketing. I'm building out a team of cold callers to work alongside me on real client campaigns. You don't have to go find clients, pitch yourself on job boards, or chase down work.. I handle all of that. Your job is simple: pick up the phone and make the calls.

How it works

1. I find the clients.
I land the contracts: businesses across industries that need appointments set and conversations started. That's my job, not yours.

2. I hand you the work.
You get the campaign, the lead lists, the scripts, and a clear picture of what the client wants. No guesswork about what to do next.

3. You make the calls.
Dial, connect, have real conversations, and book appointments. That's it. You get paid hourly for the time you put in.

Training & support that doesn't stop after day one

Here's the part most gigs skip. Every client has standards, and hitting them is what keeps you working. So I don't just toss you a list and disappear. You get ongoing training and support the whole way through:

  • Onboarding for every campaign: the offer, the script, the objections you'll hear, and how the client wants it done.
  • Ongoing coaching: call feedback, rebuttals that actually work, and tweaks to get your numbers up.
  • Someone in your corner: when a call goes sideways or you hit a wall, you've got me to call, not a ticket system.
  • The goal: you get the best results you can get, you meet the client's standards, and you keep your job.

Who's training you

I've been on the phones for years, and cold calling is the thing I do best. I'm Top Rated Plus on Upwork (got there in about nine months), won "Best in Class" sales awards at more than one company, and have closed high-ticket deals, including $150k in legal services in about three months. I've booked 4 appointments on my first day with a new client off only 16-20 calls.

I'm not teaching theory. I'm teaching exactly what I do on the phone every single day.

Who this is for

  • You're comfortable talking to strangers on the phone, and you can take a "no" without it wrecking your day.
  • You're coachable. You want feedback and you actually use it.
  • You show up for your hours and you hit a real production standard.
  • You've got a computer, a reliable internet connection, a good headset, and a quiet place to call from.
  • Cold calling experience is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter more. The skills can be trained.

The details

  • Pay: hourly. Your rate is discussed on your interview call.
  • Classification: 1099 independent contractor, so you handle your own taxes.
  • The work: outbound cold calling and appointment setting on B2B client campaigns.
  • Hours: depend on the campaigns running at the time. We'll go over your availability on the call.

Quick questions

Do I have to find my own clients?
No. I find the clients and bring you the work. You make the calls.

Do I need experience?
It helps, but it's not required. If you're coachable and willing to put in the dials, I can train the rest.

What happens after I apply?
I review every application personally. If it looks like a fit, I'll reach out to set up a quick call.
